Daily Life
- Wake up at 6am. Out the door on a walk or run by 610.
- After run/walk do floor exercises or alternatively work out at night before bed. Alternate daily.
- After exercise journal and shower
- Before doing any work. Write down what you are going to do. Be realistic. Save this in central location. No more random .txt files
- No screens in bedroom. Phone can be stored far away so it can serve as alarm.
- Go to and do random things.
- Biweekly (once every two weeks) write four-five pages and publish.
- Every time one of these things is not done, donate $5 to beer fund.
