Daily Life

  1. Wake up at 6am. Out the door on a walk or run by 610.
  2. After run/walk do floor exercises or alternatively work out at night before bed. Alternate daily.
  3. After exercise journal and shower
  4. Before doing any work. Write down what you are going to do. Be realistic. Save this in central location. No more random .txt files
  5. No screens in bedroom. Phone can be stored far away so it can serve as alarm.
  6. Go to and do random things.
  7. Biweekly (once every two weeks) write four-five pages and publish.
  8. Every time one of these things is not done, donate $5 to beer fund.
